Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
Pepcision, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Pepcision," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or use our website located at www.Pepcision.com (or any successor site), any associated mobile application, or other online services we offer (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Platform in connection with your browsing, account creation, purchases of wellness products, customer support, marketing communications, and other interactions with Pepcision that do not involve the direct provision of healthcare services.
Important Note on Health and Medical Information
Certain information you provide in connection with telehealth consultations, prescriptions, or medical services is primarily collected, used, and disclosed by our independent telehealth partner Arora and its licensed healthcare providers ("Providers") pursuant to their own Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable healthcare privacy laws (including HIPAA where it applies). Pepcision may receive or share limited information necessary to coordinate services with Arora and the dispensing pharmacy, subject to applicable law and our agreements with those parties. More detailed information about how health-related and consumer health data is handled is available in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (or directly from Arora). This main Privacy Policy supplements, but does not replace, those healthcare-specific notices.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Platform or Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics
We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage information, remember your preferences, understand how you interact with the Platform, and deliver relevant advertising.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals; because there is no uniform standard, we currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We may participate in interest-based advertising. Where required by applicable law (e.g., for users in certain states), you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, legal, or fraud prevention purposes). When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
